In May 2016, OSHA released new reporting requirements. Aside from these requirements, additional measures have been put in place to cite companies for policies that can be used as a method for deterring injury reporting. Enforcement of these changes will begin November 1. This webinar will cover the new requirements and next steps for companies affected by the changes.
Please note: In the final rule, OSHA can issue citations under the recordkeeping standard to employers. Originally, this was to be effective on August 10, and then was pushed to November 1. OSHA recently announced they would be delaying enforcement once again until December 1, 2016.
