Beginning March 18th and staying in effect until the end of March, the majority of our Assurance colleagues will be working from home. Thanks to our technological tools and resources, we expect to seamlessly continue to service clients at full capacity.
For a company whose mantra is minimizing risk and maximizing health, COVID-19 is certainly putting us to the test. While we routinely assess risk and health primarily for our clients, this outbreak has placed our employees and their families equally in that same equation. To that end, we’re putting in place the following temporary measures through at least the end of March:
• All our colleagues will have access to their computer, our systems, and their direct phone lines while working remotely; their remote work experience will mirror their in-office experience and our clients should not expect any drop-off in terms of their service level.
• All our offices will remain open, though we will have a limited number of colleagues physically at each location. Any physical meetings previously scheduled in our offices will be rescheduled or conducted virtually for the remainder of the month. If you feel meeting in person is essential, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• All non-essential business travel has been cancelled for all Assurance colleagues. If you have a scheduled meeting with one or more of our colleagues at your location over the next month, we will be reaching out to discuss. Our virtual meeting capabilities and other technology tools may be an option to hold the meeting, but if you feel the physical meeting is essential, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our goal is to continuously serve and remain accessible to our clients, particularly in these uncertain and confusing times. We’re taking these measures in an abundance of caution to protect our colleagues and keep our team healthy and prepared to meet the needs of our clients. Thankfully, none of our colleagues have been diagnosed with COVID-19 at this time and we're doing everything we can to keep it that way.
We appreciate your understanding of our temporary social distancing strategies.
