Why Meghan Is One of Our Shining Rock Stars

For almost a decade, Meghan Duke hasn’t been able to stop smiling. Back in 2006 in Schaumburg, Illinois, Meghan’s career with Assurance began as an Administrative Assistant. Throughout her career here, she’s been promoted to Client Service Representative and Account Manager. Now, as Client Services Director, Meghan works alongside our CEO, Tony Chimino, to make sure that Assurance continues its spectacular rise. Meghan’s dedication to Assurance’s clients and employees makes her prime ‘A’ team material.

“During nine years of change and growth, one constant has been Assurance’s dedication to the development of its employees,” said Meghan, “I’m so grateful to be a product of that.” Before Assurance, Meghan had never worked in insurance or even an office environment. She quickly established herself as a necessary part of the manufacturing team. Meghan was quick to thank her mentors and coaches for helping her to grow at Assurance. Lucky for us, she’s become a mentor herself.

Meghan commutes from Andersonville, a neighborhood on the north side of Chicago. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She also earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designations, as well as Property and Casualty license. If you’re out and about look for Megan at the Foster Dog Beach or SVEA, the Swedish diner. When you do find her, ask her what’s in Swedish cuisine. We’re all curious.
